WHAT IS WHITE WOLF WELLNESS?

White Wolf Wellness is about giving people practical tools that genuinely help. This is not about quick fixes, vague motivation or surface-level wellness. It is about helping people feel better in their body, clearer in their mind so that they can be in control of how they respond to life.

The work combines breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, movement and mindset practices in a way that feels accessible, powerful and rooted in real life. These tools can help with:

  • stress and overwhelm
  • anxiety and emotional regulation
  • low mood and burnout
  • sleep and nervous system reset
  • resilience and mental clarity
  • confidence and self-trust
  • healthier daily routines
  • recovery and personal growth

Breathwork is a huge part of what I do because it gives people something immediate. It is a direct way to shift state, release pressure and reconnect with themselves. There is strong science behind it, but often the real proof is how people feel after they experience it.

For some, White Wolf Wellness is about finding calm. For others, it is about rebuilding after a difficult chapter. For many, it is the first time they have had tools that actually work in everyday life.

I work with men and women of all backgrounds, and I am especially passionate about creating a space where women feel safe and genuinely supported. Strength and softness can exist in the same space. You do not have to choose between them.

Whether through one-to-one sessions, group work, guided courses or community events, the goal is always the same: to help people feel stronger, steadier and more alive.

Breathing is achieving. Sometimes the simplest tools can change everything.

WHO I AM

Meet Aidan Malone. I created White Wolf Wellness from a place of real life, not theory. Before this work, I spent years supporting people through trauma, crisis and some of the hardest circumstances life can throw at them. My background is in social care, mental health and trauma-informed support, and that work shaped everything I do now. I have always been a carer in my own life too. My older brother is autistic and non-verbal, and supporting him has taught me more than any qualification ever could about compassion and the importance of meeting people where they are. During Covid, I trained as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, working with people living with schizophrenia and autism, many of whom had been misunderstood or written off because of their behaviour. That work taught me to look beneath the surface, understand what drives people and focus on solutions rather than judgement.

After that, I worked on a probation-based mentoring project supporting young men aged 18 to 30 who were living under serious pressure, including death threats, addiction, trauma and a high risk of suicide or offending. I took a major pay cut to do that work because I believed in it and I knew it mattered. I later moved into homeless prevention work with NIACRO, supporting migrant and refugee families, as well as local people at risk of losing their homes due to addiction and crisis. Across all of it, one thing became clear to me: people need practical tools. They need connection. They need ways to regulate their nervous system and feel stronger in themselves. That is what led me to create White Wolf Wellness. I work with both men and women, and I’m proud that many women feel especially safe and comfortable in this space. My approach is grounded, respectful and real. I believe in creating an environment where people feel supported, not judged, and where growth does not come through ego, but through trust. My only aim is simple: to help people build healthier lives, stronger minds and better communities.

“White Wolf showed me a whole new path.”
When I first met Aidan in November 2025, I was broken mentally and physically through addiction. I was struggling badly with anxiety, depression, stress, isolation and deep self-destruction. I wasn’t eating or sleeping properly, and I was in a very dark place. I was deeply suicidal. When I walked into that recovery meeting, I didn’t know what to expect. I just knew I needed help. Aidan approached me straight away and told me I was in the right place, with the right people around me. He invited me to join Divis Mountain Men, and that changed everything. Five months later, I can honestly say I can’t believe how much my life has changed. Since joining the group, I feel like I have purpose again. I have made friends for life, I have connection, and getting up the mountain each week is something I genuinely look forward to. I have a brotherhood now. The support, the check-ins and the way the men look out for each other is unreal. Aidan also introduced me to breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and movement, and I recently completed a six-week course with White Wolf Wellness. The difference it has made is hard to put into words. My anxiety is almost gone. I am eating properly, sleeping well and thinking clearly again. I still have good days and bad days, but now I have the tools to deal with life. I feel stronger, more structured and more in control. The main thing I’m eternally grateful for is that my suicidal thoughts have disappeared. White Wolf has shown me a whole new path. In just five months, my life has changed completely, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next.

I first met Aidan more than three years ago through breathwork, and from the beginning he helped me enormously with my mental health. It made a real difference to my life and still does. Then he started Divis Mountain Men, and that has been another life changer. Through the group, I’ve made new friends and built real connections with people I can open up to without any fear or hesitation. I wouldn’t miss the Tuesday night walks. They have become a huge part of my routine and have made a real difference to how I feel week to week. The walks, the check-ins and the support from the group have all helped improve my mental health. I’ve met genuinely good people who care about each other and who really listen when you need them. I had a lot of problems before, but with Aidan’s help and the support of the group, I’ve overcome many of them and I’m still getting stronger.

The Divis Mountain Men

I started Divis Mountain Men during one of the hardest periods of my life. At the time, I had just come through heartbreak, lost two friends in one week and was dealing with a lot personally. It felt like everything was collapsing at once. But instead of letting that pain take me under, I used it to build something that other men could rely on.

I wanted to create a place where men could show up as they are. A place where they did not have to act hard, where they did not have to drink, take drugs, gamble or perform to fit in. A place where they would always be met with a handshake, a hug and a kind word. That became Divis Mountain Men.

What started as a simple idea has grown into a real community. Men come together on the mountain each week to walk, talk, breathe, check in and support each other through whatever they are carrying. For some, it is friendship. For others, it is support and a place to clear the head. For many, it has become a vital part of life.

We have seen men arrive feeling isolated, broken or suicidal, and over time begin to rebuild. Some have found jobs. Some have stayed sober. Some have reconnected with their children. Some have met partners. Others have simply found a place where they feel accepted and understood. That is the power of having the right people around you.

The mountain gives people space. The group gives people connection. The breathwork gives people a way to regulate, release and reset.

Divis Mountain Men is not about being perfect. It is about showing up, being honest and doing the work to build a better life.
